We hope to see you at Pinehurst in North Carolina for our 2021 annual meeting. The dates for this year's events are:
Wednesday, October 13 through Friday, October 15.
As the cut-off date for reservations is September 13, 2021, we urge you to complete your application online and make your reservations with Pinehurst as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate all member requests, but your cooperation is needed. Given the reasonable rates, a great turnout is expected.
This site contains all pertinent information regarding the program, hotel reservations, travel and recreation. Please read the information carefully and make sure your registration forms are correct.
In an effort to increase company membership and encourage younger individuals of the industry to become members of the NBCA, the organization has a scholarship program. If you would like to nominate an individual for this scholarship, please click on the "Scholarship" link and enter the necessary information. The scholarship will include the program fees, accommodations and program meals during the annual seminar. A travel allowance of $300.00 will also be included. Any member of the NBCA may nominate an individual; however, the nominee must be a "company" person.
The program dates are Thursday, October 14 and Friday, October 15. The Board is committed to offering a quality program with topics and speakers that will provide a meaningful and worthwhile experience. Our program has historically qualified for CLE, CE and CPE credits in many states. If you are interested in CLE and CE accreditation, please complete the information requested on the registration form or contact Jeff Price, our Program Chair, at 615-742-9314. Please sign the roster sheets before the beginning of the scheduled program. You only need to sign the roster sheets once; however, you will need to sign for each state from which you want to receive credit.
REGISTRATION FEE AND FORM
The NBCA Registration Form for the NBCA Meeting, events and NBCA Memorial Golf Tournament can be found by selecting the link titled "NBCA Registration."
As in past years, you have the option of paying by credit card or by check. If you elect to use a credit card, please fill out the NBCA Registration Form. Once you click on the "Submit" button, you will be required to enter your credit card information. Please remember, your card will charged an extra 2.5% for fees associated with processing the credit card. If you wish to pay by check, please click on the link "Pay by Check", print the NBCA Registration Form, complete the form, and return it, along with your payment, to Matson Driscoll & Damico, 399 Market St., Ste. 300, Philadelphia, PA 19106, Attn: David Stryjewski on or before September 13, 2021. Please make all checks payable to "National Bond Claims Association".
The registration fee is $995.00 for Attorneys and Consultants, $497.50 for Retired Company persons. There will be a $100 ($50.00 for Retired Company persons) early registration discount if payment is received on/before August 13, 2021. As always, the registration fee for current company representatives is waived.
NOTE: For all RETIRED company representatives, the registration fee is half price, the fee for Thursday NBCA golf is waived.
Due to the interest in golf, available openings will be filled on a "first come, first serve" basis.
THE MEETING IS FOR MEMBERS ONLY. NON-MEMBER SPOUSES AND HEIRS ARE NOT INVITED TO ATTEND THE FUNCTIONS. IN KEEPING WITHIN THE NBCA GUIDELINES, ATTENDANCE OF NON-COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES IS LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM OF SIX (6) MEMBERS FROM ANY ENTITY.
In order to obtain the best rates, the NBCA has guaranteed a minimum number of room nights with the Westin. We therefore require members to register for accommodations at the Pinehurst in order to help the NBCA fulfill its contractual commitment.

The cutoff date for reservations will be September 13, 2021. Room reservations requested after that date will not be guaranteed but will be provided at rates based on availability. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Rates are as follows:
Carolina Hotel - $345 per room per night (single/double occupancy)
Holly Inn - $285 per room per night (single/double occupancy)
Villas - $400 per room per night (single/double occupancy)
The above rates are for October 11 - October 16, 2021 (checking out on October 16) only. Rates do not include applicable state taxes (7%), local taxes (3%) and resort service fee (10%) per room/per night.
These rates include lodging and the following meals:
Thursday (10/14) - lunch* and dinner*
* These are planned events by the organization.
Due to the various expenses and commitments, cancellation will only be allowed on/before September 10, 2021. No refunds
will be issued for cancellations after that date for registration or any other NBCA sponsored activities. Hotel
All reservations must be accompanied by a room deposit equal to each night's room and tax charges and guaranteed with a
major credit card. No-shows and cancellations will be charged to the individual credit card. Room deposits are refundable if
the cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival.
Pinehurst is accessed by commercial air service via Raleigh-Durham International Airport (approx. 1 1/2 hours away).

NOTE: There is limited space for golf, therefore, participation in the Memorial Golf Tournament and the NBCA golf tournament is on a "First Come, First Serve" basis, however, if you register by the cut-off date of September 13, 2021, you are guaranteed to play. After September 13, 2021, you will be placed on a wait list and will participate if space becomes available.
Memorial Golf Tournament
On Wednesday, October 13, 2021 we will hold the Twenty-fourth Annual NBCA Memorial Golf Tournament. The tournament will be Courses #1 and #4 with a 1:00pm Shotgun start. The cost is $325/player. Since its inception in 1996, this tournament has raised $263,000 for various charities.
NBCA Golf Tournament
On Thursday, October 14, 2021, we will hold the Annual NBCA Golf Tournament. The golf tournament will be at Courses #6 and #8 with a 1:00pm Shotgun start. The cost is $325/player, with the fee being waived for Company personnel.
